CREAMY MUSHROOMS WITH TARRAGON

INGREDIENTS :
  • 200 g mushrooms cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped French tarragon
  • 1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS :

Heat a wok over high heat, add oil, onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until smell good, add mushrooms, stir through the tarragon. Add the cream, bring to the boil and boil for 3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.Add the lemon juice and season with salt and ground black pepper before serving.
