CURRIED NUTS

INGREDIENTS :
  • 500 g (1 lb) mixed nuts (almonds, brazil nuts, pecans, macadamias, cashew nuts, peanuts )
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 teasponn ground cumin

INSTRUCTIONS :

Preheat the oven to slow 300 F. Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes. Whisk the egg white until frothy, then add the nuts, curry powder, cumin and 1 teaspoon salt. Toss together and return to the oven for a further 10 – 15 minutes, then allow to cool.
