ROASTED POTATO WEDGES


INGREDIENTS :
2 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder / 1 garlic clove minced that softens
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 medium potatoes ( about 8 ounces each)
½ teaspoon dried rosemary


INSTRUCTIONS :
Mixture olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, dried rosemary and paprika in dish. Meanwhile cut each unpeeled potato lengthwise into 6 wedges. Add wedges to oil in dish, stirring to coat all sides. Oven until brown.
